Material Specifications

Main structural members are fabricated using nationally standard Q235B and Q355B steel, accompanied by original mill test certificates and inspection reports to verify performance compliance. Primary load-bearing members are manufactured from hot-rolled sections, welded H-beams, and seamless steel tubes, while auxiliary components are processed from matching steel plates and cold-formed sections, ensuring uniform material properties and balanced stress distribution. Matching fasteners include Grade 8.8 and Grade 10.9 high-strength bolts and standard connecting parts, available in complete specifications with excellent adaptability. All member dimensions, bevel preparations, and hole positions are machined per the drawings, with dimensional tolerances conforming to GB 50205 standards.

 

Fabrication Processes

Steel structural components undergo standardized cutting, trimming, and drilling using CNC equipment, ensuring smooth, burr-free surfaces and precise dimensions. Dedicated jigs and fixtures are employed during assembly to effectively prevent twisting, deformation, misalignment, and other defects. Welding is performed by certified welders following prescribed procedures; primary welds are fully penetrated and completely fused, with uniform and well-formed bead appearance, free from porosity, cracks, slag inclusions, and other flaws. Critical welds can be subject to non-destructive testing (NDT) as required. After welding, components undergo straightening and finish machining to ensure flatness and straightness meet required standards, facilitating precise on-site installation.

Appearance & Precision

The finished steel structural components are uniformly shaped with straight contours, showing no visible deformation, dents, rust, or oil stains. Cut edges, welded areas, and drilled holes are smoothly ground without sharp burrs. All members are clearly marked with identification numbers, specifications, and installation orientation labels to facilitate site sorting and lifting. Overall precision ensures seamless splicing and installation without the need for on-site rework.

 

Surface Anti-Corrosion Treatment

Components are uniformly treated with abrasive blasting (shot/grit blasting) to achieve a surface cleanliness grade of Sa2.5, thoroughly removing all mill scale, rust, and contaminants from the steel surface. A multi-layer anti-corrosion coating system is applied, consisting of primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat, forming a firm and uniform film free from skips or runs, with excellent weather and corrosion resistance. The system can be adapted to various service environments, including indoor, outdoor, and humid conditions, with optional fireproofing and special anti-corrosion coatings available upon request.

The strength, stiffness, and stability of the steel structural components fully meet design load requirements and relevant standards, demonstrating exceptional resistance to deformation and impact. Joint connections are robust, stress distribution is uniform, and the structural system is safe, reliable, and durable. All products can successfully pass project acceptance inspections and third-party random testing.

Packaging & Delivery

Finished components are sorted, bundled, and securely packed, with edge protectors applied at corners and vulnerable points. Transportation includes protective measures against rain, moisture, and impact damage. Each shipment is accompanied by a certificate of conformity, material test reports, inspection documentation, and a detailed component packing list-ensuring complete and comprehensive delivery documentation.
